Attached is the Warranty Letter form which must be made available by customers duly signed before full containers imported are withdrawn from the terminal.
This letter has one year validity (from Jan to Dec). Warranty letters must be renewed at the beginning of each calendar year.
The Letter must be issued on the client's company official letter form, duly signed in each one of its pages by a responsible person who is legally entitled to sign on behalf of the company for all and every term mentioned thereof. The signature must be certified by a bank or notary public.
